TSM Missed backup status used to have a completion time of when the event missed now it's blank since 6.2.3. Please add back

Product: Tivioli Storage Manager Server Version 6, Release 2, Level 3.0

This is specific to a Missed backup
When a backup has Missed the timestamp is recorded in the actlog but when executing the QUERY EVENT it is not recorded. We would like the completion time to be the time the backup Missed. This was a feature in 5.4 when running the QUERY EVENT command

Description: Our team uses this Missed Completion time to sort on and identify a Missed backup swiftly through our TSM Monitoring Page.

    This was determined to be a defect. APAR IC87961 has been opened for this problem.

    We were utilizing this field to sort on. This is a critical part of our TSM Backup monitoring and our SLA is to immediately respond to Failed or Missed Backups. We have over 3000 schedules daily.
