See Use Case for our ITM, TDW, TCR, TSM environment. PMR 84654 057 649 opened with TSM 6.3 Cognos Data Model and reports failing with error message "UDA-SQL-0196 The table or view
$object was not found in the dictionary.". This is due to TSM 6.3 Cognos Data Model using a schema name of ITMUSER in the data source. Customers can implement Tivoli Data Warehouse (TDW) tables, views with a different schema name than ITMUSER. We use a DB2 schema name of CANDLE.

Other Tivoli products below have changed their Cognos reporting packages to use a schema name of no value instead of ITMUSER in the data source of the Cognos Data Model.

ITCAM for SOA was fixed in their beta for the 7.2 release
The above Cognos Data Model, reports works with any schema name used by the customer for their TDW tables, views.
Note: The above listed APARs does not mean another Tivoli ITM product will fix the TSM Cognos Data Model, reports. The fix needs to be within the TSM Cognos reporting package.

The name of pSeries, VMware Cognos developer is in PMR 84654 057 649 to be consulted on structure of the Cognos Data Model and further details on above change with Cognos Framework Manager to publish. The above 4 products Cognos reporting packages were changed and sent to me within a few days. The updated Cognos reporting packages were imported and used successfully.

IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.2.3 Fixpack 1 Agent Reports part# CI62QEN is another product that we implemented Cognos reporting successfully that works with a different schema name than ITMUSER. Chapter 16. Tivoli Common Reporting IBM Tivoli Monitoring Version 6.2.3 Administrator's Guide has instructions to change from default of ITMUSER.

This enhancements needs to be implemented earlier than Tivoli,Developer comment of 2014 or later.
