fastback server CDP

this is for TSM FASTBACK 6.1.x.x. IBM 5724-U93
there is a CDP option in he Job Schedules.
When a restoring from such backup , there is a timeline showing up and the time of the desired point of recovery can be selected. The great idea with CDP , is that for example. If a file is created then deleted between 2 snapshots , if can be recovered/restored by pointing to the time between the creation and the deletion .

    Thank you for submitting the request. As noted by Richard Austin, the suggested solution is difficult due to Fastback works at block level. This request is not in any release plan but please try the suggested workaround to get frequent snapshots to solve this problem.

    FastBack does a block level backup, not a file one, therefore it would be a very difficult code upgrade in order to realise the enhancement as suggested. You could always snap the file system every hour, or even every 15 minutes with some clever scheduling. An RPO of 15 minutes is actually very good.
