Include AWS root CA in SP managed Java Key Store

AWS has historically supported Starfield Class 2 certificate, which was part of Java packages since 2004. IBM SP Java contains that in its JKS, and it worked fine till 2025.

By the end of 2025, AWS stopped the use of Starfield C2 certificate and that caused the PKIX error for SP connectivity with AWS S3. AWS was required to discontinue the use of C2 certificate after the original CA (GoDaddy) ended support in April 2025. AWS received an extension until the end of the year and comes January 2026 it was gradually excluded as a trust anchor from AWS regions worldwide.

Large customer base use AWS S3 as the backend storage for SP in one way or another. It would be beneficial for many, if AWS root CAs are included in SP JKS, to avoid the hassle of maintaining SSL certificates manually as a third party storage.
