AlwaysOn Servermon should be able to automatically cleanup old datacollections in the instance_home/srvmon directory

Multiple of our SP server instances experienced an issue which prevented AlwaysOn Servermon from starting up.
The servermon log files show that servermon is crashing at startup.
We found that servermon is crashing at startup because there are a lot of old servermon data collections inside the instance_home/srvmon directory. These old datacollection are up to 5 years old and were never cleaned up by servermon.

Because servermon is unable to handle such a situation today, the situation needs  to be cleaned up manually by deleting/ removing the outdated data collections.

We request that servermon should be able to handle this automatically when starting up.
