Storage Rule-COPY: hydrated tape copies directly on the Target pool by using copy storage rules

We want to make copy of our Primary Disk based Directory Container pool into Replication server but directly on tape (hydrated tape copies), so we can directly be able to restore the data using BA client at our DR location as well as no need to restore the full Spectrum Protect server DB or nor the primary container pool in Disaster on Primary location.

at the movement via Replication -Storage Rule, we can be able to replicate the data, but it's need same storage capacity like we have into the primary server for Disk based directory container pool.

If we have this ability, then below are the befits:

1. Air Gap copy directly available on DR location

2. Able to save the COST for daily TAPE movement

3. Time saving - No need to restore the TSM DB and then start recovering for container pool at DR location.

4.Cost effective - So able to limit the disk-based Container pool size for limit node (EX. PRD) and all other node data can easily be restorable from hydrated tape copies.
