Change behaviour of "move nodedata" command so that when the destination storage pool has a copy storage pool setup data is moved to both primary and copy storage pools

Being able to "move nodedata" to both a destination storage pool and its copy storage pool would be useful to maintain at least to copies of the data when moving data.

Using the backup storage pool command can sync both source and copy storage pool but with a significant delay during which there is only one copy of the data.
