Change the number of invalid logon attempts from lock the account or the node to a ban/black list of ip address

Starting with IBM Spectrum® Protect 8.1.15, the minimum number of invalid logon attempts that are allowed before a node or administrator account is locked is changed from 0 to 1. The maximum number of invalid logon attempts that are allowed is 10. The default is 5.

Instead of lock the account is better that the ip address from where the connection happen is banned or blacklisted. 

lock an account is too easy now and is a securiry issue from who wanna crash or make unavailable a SP instances ( there are plenty scenario why someone wanna make it happen , like leave you witout access to instances or backups , than encrypt data like the recent virus and ask money, etc etc )
