Add 'Are You Sure' to TDP GUI closeout

If the user closes the GUI, need a prompt to the user asking 'are you sure you want to close, you have processes running' if there's a process running such as a restore. This would help prevent accidental cancellation of a process, which occurred with this customer. Not sure of the correct resolving entity, but the 'are you sure' would apply to any client. Please see pmr 93891,442.
