Please, enhance ISP command to add option for does not check affinity IDs.

Why is it useful?
We expect to restore NDMP-formatted data retrieved from NAS in a cluster configuration from [tape media] (LTO) to another NAS storage system.
However, this operation is not possible and we receive error code "ANR1766E" because the ISP command (e.g. update path) checks whether the affinity IDs are the same.

Who would benefit from it?
Nearly all users operating tape backups on NAS storage with a cluster configuration.

How should it work?
Please, see below.

UPDate PATH source_name destination_name SRCType=SERVer ... CHECKIDs=Yes|No

If we set this CHECKIDs option to "No", ISP command skips to check Affinity IDs.
