Enable STG RULES to perform dual copy to tape of Object Client data

There is currently a limitation in the product whereby the STG Rules feature cannot be used to create double copies of Object Client data received from IBM FUSION using the Amazon S3 protocol.

The only option available to copy this type of data is through Protect STGPool, but this feature does not copy the metadata, but rather creates Deduplicated copies, these copies are not useful as double copies, but are used to repair damaged data from Primary Storage.

Some clients, such as myself at the moment, need a second copy of data to take it off-site and the current limitations of the product do not allow this.

This could be a reason why some clients do not accept our backup solution, so I think it would be beneficial for both IBM and its clients.
