Session status failed -99 received before schedule duration not ended

Hello,

 

Description:

Please be informed that when some SP client is reboot (Because OS patching) during the backup, SP server report event "failed -99".

6/12/24, 22:23:34 ANR0480W Session 2335563 for node [Node_name] (Linux x86-64) terminated - connection with client severed. (SESSION: 2335563)

6/12/24, 22:23:35 ANR2579E Schedule WD_2200_INCR in domain UNIX_2W for node [Node_name] failed (return code -99). (SESSION: 2336542)
 

Because of backup schedule duration was not ended, backup was auto restarted and completed:

UNIX_2W WD_2200_INCR [Node_name] 6/12/24, 22:00:00 6/12/24, 22:03:19 6/12/24, 23:24:31 Completed 4 The operation completed successfully, but some files were not processed.

 But we receive an incident because of reported event "failed -99".

 

 

Idea:

When SP server lost connection with SP client, status of the session should stay "severed" to end of the backup schedule duration.  If connection between Client and Sever re-establish in the backup schedule duration time frame, there will not be such events with status "failed -99".
