Allow data-lock cloud containers to be reclaimed

I would like to have the feature "Reclaim Containers" available when using datalock stgpools.

Looking at my SPOC console, I will have 263.3TB of data that could be reclaimed from my cloud storage pool. Since this is not supported because I'm using datalock on this stgpool, I'm stuck with containers that contains a small amount of data and using the full container size into the cloud storage costs calculation.

I know that you cannot write into a container that has been looked by the cloud provider. However, Protect can stop updating the lock duration for a container (pending). So if you take all containers that are 70% empty, copy that data to new containers, then making the old containers "Pending" and letting the lock to expire, this could help saving space and costs from our cloud provider.

Look at the screenshot I will attach to this request.

This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
