Allow individual NDMP backups to be deleted with a new "delet nasbackup" command

At present only the following methods can be used to delete NDMP backups in Spectrum Protect

1. Altering the copygroup settings for the management class in the policy domain which the NDMP backups are bound to and allowing expiration to run.
2. Deleting the filespace for the NAS node which holds the NDMP backups.

These 2 methods are of no use if you have a range of NDMP backups spanning over a long time period and you wish to delete some of these backups within the middle of this time period but leave the others intact.

This request/idea is for a new admin command to allow an explicit deletion of an individual NDMP backup, or range of NDMP backups, via a "DELETE NASBACKUP" or similar administrative command. It would take the form of

    delete nasbackup <nas_node_name> <filespace_name> backupdate=xxx backuptime=xxx

if the NDMP backup in question is a DIFFERNTIAL backup then it should be deleted without any warnings or errors
if the NDMP backup is a FULL backup then the deletion should not occur if there are DIFFERENTIAL backups which depend on it.
there could be an override option to the command (deletediffs=yes) which would allow all DIFFERENTIAL backups associated with a parent FULL backup to be deleted alongside the FULL.

Where a TOC exists for the backup being deleted then that would also be deleted.

If possible a further command option could be included to delete based upon a date/time range.

This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
