remove systemV init.d script for DSMCAD

The current packaging of TIVsm-BA includes a symbolic link

/etc/init.d/dsmcad -> /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/rc.dsmcad

which results in the creation of the directory /etc/init.d if it does not already exist. This is incompatible with the chkconfig package which actually owns that directory which prevents the later installation of the chkconfig package.

Starting with version 8.1.19 the TIVsm-BA can no longer be installed on RHEL6 or older which are the only remaining OS versions that do not have the systemd framework. This means that all systems where version 8.1.19 of TIVsm-BA can be installed have the systemd framework making the /etc/init.d/dsmcad unnecessary.

Since /etc/init.d/dsmcad is causing a conflict with the chkconfig package and that the /etc/init.d/dsmcad is no longer necessary, it should be removed from the package.
