To enable option within SPP for setting multipe bandwidth throttle limits

At the moment, SPP has the option only to set single throttle limit for replication & copy operations, but will it be better to allow the option to have multiple bandwidths throttling limits, during varied time schedules.

Example as below:

Business Hours 9AM - 6PM: Throttling Range of 25MB/s [Monday-Friday]

Non-Business Hours 6PM - 9AM: Throttling Range of 50MB/s [All Days]

This will greatly help for the SITES which work 24*7, but also ensuring that critical business hours are restricted with limited bandwidth for replications and higher bandwidth for the rest of the schedules.
