Get all ANR messages into Activity Log

Has to do with ANR messages that do not appear in the Activity Log. It may be an issue where the messages are generated before the Activity Log is started. None the less, they should be captured and displayed in the Activity Log. The messages have to do with validating the dsmserv.opt file. The only way to see them is to start dsmserv in the foreground. There are errors in the dsmserv.opt option file that go unreported and uncorrected. The only way to validate the dsmserv.opt file is to start dsmserv in the foreground or by querying the options after dsmserv is started and ready. Even then, the query option command does not display all options. The ENABLEAUTODBBACKUP option is an example. The correct setting for ENABLEAUTODBBACKUP is NO or YES. The appropriate action might be to immediately halt dsmserv when errors are found. Something else to consider is all options and their settings should be displayed when the query option command is executed. In the case of an invalid option value, Help should be displayed to state the correct option values.
