Thank you for submitting this request and we apologize in the extreme delay in our response. There are a variety of reason why the suggested solution wouldn't actually work as different TDPs use filespaces or that notion differently. We have already been looking at solutions that would address the intent of your suggestion in providing improved visibility to the success or failures of different backups. We would be looking to solve this through a different way than suggested in your RFE. If you would like to understand more about our thoughts on this topic, I would suggest getting in touch with IBM account team and arranging a discussion with your technical advocate on this topic. The dialogue would also help us to ensure we address your use case as we look further into implementing the right solution for your need.
