Implement console mode installation to support clean server installations

Remove the need for using a "GUI" server for Spectrum Protect Server. When running the SP on a true server instance, then only allowing GUI install is limiting our environment and also makes installation more complicated due to VM/OS itself but also duw to security restrictions. Also a good thing would be as for 8.1.16 the installer also gives option to use console and silent, which is not true so maybe update the package with relevant output.

    Hi

    installation of SP is available via cli/console, the setup wizard is not and therefor demand full graphical software installed server or using xwindows-forwarding. We use minimum installed SP server platform and often we also have firewalls in between plus no root logins, which in total makes setup of installed software messy.

    A console mode installation would aid a fast and simple setup of SP, simple to run and there is not that many parts one needs to put-in before setup/config of SP can start.
