move data from one bucket to a new one

the custmer has created a new bucket with ecryption and he migrated DATA from the no encyption bucket to this new one , but on the TSM server ,we couldn't update the bucket name on the container stprage pool, we even couldn't migrate the data from TSM itself , so we will be glad if we'll be able to update the bucket name or move data from one bucket to another, and migrate stgpool cloud container from one to another.

    Would our recently released feature in 8.1.16 "cloud to cloud tiering" which allows for tiering in between cloud storage pools address this? Keep in mind there may be ingress/egress charges.
