Hello Team,

We configured few VM backup In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus and those are getting failed due to multi-writer enabled on their disks. too resolve this issue, we raised a case (case # TS008530431). We get an update that in case is there is no such functionality available in SPP. Request you to add this functionality . and confirm.

    This seems like a VMware requirement, please reach out to them and update this idea if new items come up.

    The team is reviewing this request and would like some additional information. We are currently reviewing information from this link: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1034165 and it appears that snapshots are not possible which our backups depend on. Please provide more details.
