include log backups in additional copies

In version 10.1.8 transaction log backups (e.g. for MSSQL or MS Exchange) can be replicated between vSnap servers to produce redundant copies.
In the "additional copies" feature only the incremental backups of the DBs/applications are copied to the "additional copies" target (e.g. a Spectrum Protect repository server). Transaction log backups are not part of the "additional copies" data.
Please add the transaction log backup data to the "additional copies" feature to provide the option to have a complete redundant copy of vSnap based data outside the spectrum protect plus infrastructure.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
