1500 character limit for SQL statements in dsmadmc

Currently there is a limit that commands im dsmadmc can't be longer than 1500 characters else error ANS8028E will be raised.
For most commands this limit is fine but for Spectrum Protect server scripts with complex SQL statements this is a real struggle.

Of course, individual SQL statements can also be entered directly in a DB2 shell; this is not wanted or allowed by many customers, apart from support requests from IBM.
Complex selects for daily reports mails, be it for the OC (where the limit is even lower) or 3rd party reporting tools quickly reach the limit and have to
be "shortened" with a lot of effort, just to be able to be entered at all.

Therefore I would like you to increase the limit for this RFE, especially (or only) for SQL commands, to provide complex reporting options directly from the Spectrum Protect command line interface.
