Protection copy for On-Premise Cloud Containers

On Premise Storage like Cloud Object Storage (COS) and other vendor solutions gives the ability, to use modern data protection with on premise cloud storage pools.
In the age of cyber crime and ransomware, it is very important and a business requirement to protect backup data by Air-Gap. The solution design describes, that data stored in cloud containers is Air-Gaped per se. This might be true for off-premise cloud containers, but not for on-premise cloud containers.

We need a solution to protect on-premise cloud containers with the function protect stgpool either to a target server or to local storage on tape. The solution should be similar to the protection of directory containers.

Architectural question. I have a customer that must have a backup to tape of an on prem cloud container (for ransomeare protection). Can you think of anyway to achieve this with SP?
