We have a admin LAN and a Backup Lan, it is currently not possible however to control which Network is used for the different dataflows.
1) ESXi servers can have multiple interfaces however ISPP always uses the ESX management lan for restore/nfs mount/communications. We need to be able to select to choose a different, faster, network interface then the ESXi management network.
2) We have VSNAP server with multiple IP's, we want to be able to choose which task uses which interface on a per policy basis. (In guest DB Backup should use interface A, VADP proxy backup should use interface B, ISPP management should use interface C.)
3) It would also be great to have "non instant" restore option like ISP4VE leveraing the VADP proxy for data movement as this would remove the need for the NFS mount directly to the ESX hosts which is not always possible.

Hello,
we have now found that ISPP actually does retrieve alle IP's configured on the ESXi host and allows NFS mounts from all of those IP's so point 1) in the wish list is obsolete, point 2 + 3 are however still valid and important for us.
