OpCenter NAS Filesystems

Should be able to see NAS/NDMP filespaces as a column in Operation Center, and track last backup date.

Expectation:
Operation Center -> Clients -> NAS Filesystems
* Just like Virtual Machines expands out the entities and filespaces for each VM
* Should sort out all platform %NAS%, %NETAP%, etc.
*
* Schedules should look for admin schedules, client schedules, or scripts called by an admin schedule
* Status should show up from backup start, end, and last complete.
* Should be able to mark at_risk type of ignored, or similar to keep from failing for old, long retention.
* Alternatively, set a decommission date in the future

Just to revisit this, I'm thinking:
    * Query the list of nodes of type NAS
    * Query the list of filespaces for those nodes
    * Display using similar semantics to how the VM list is generated.

For the initial phase, it would be acceptable to have the same restrictions as VMs:
    * Custom at-risk still limited to a node, not a filespace
    * Lack of visibility into schedules other than client with named targets

Future phases should look into admin schedules, and if admin schedules call scripts, look into those scripts.

Accidentally duplicated this in 124503. 124503 has been deleted.
