SP Operation Center Front-End licensing improvement

Please, improve the functionality of front-end licensing on SP Operation Center. Currently, it is only showing active-data on the front-end licensing which is not completely true.

This Operations Center correctly reports the front-end capacity as long as all clients and TDPs are at the correct level to self-report. Keep in mind that for the B/A client and for TDP Domino, Spectrum Protect calculates the front-end from the view of the "active" backup data that is resident on the server, however for SP/VE and the other TDP's, Spectrum Protect relies on the client/agent to self-report the FE capacity.

Is it possible that some of your clients/TDPs are missing in the OC reported values? For example, if you have 100 clients on the server and Spectrum Protect is only reporting FE data for 50 of those? The other 50 clients could represent down-level TDP's that need to be upgraded in order for them to self-report the appropriate/corresponding data. You can check this in the FE capacity tab to check how many of the clients are being counted.

If you still think there is a problem, please open a PMR.
