TSM for VE (vCloud) should report vApp backup failure when associated VM backups are not successful

TSM/ISP for VE reports that a backup of a vCloud vApp is successful even when a backup of a VM within that vApp has failed. When one VM associated with a vApp failed to back up, TSM still reported:

03/06/2017 20:05:12 Total number of vApps processed: 10
Number of vApps backed up successfully: 10
Number of vApps failed: 0

A vCloud vApp backup needs to be "atomic": a backup of a vApp that does not include all associated VMs is useless as they all need to be restored together. Therefore, please modify the TSM client to log a vApp backup failure when one or more of its associated VMs fails to backup
