TSM Traceability (SYS4340)

End to end transaction auditability / traceability between SBCE+ BSS and OSS components. This involves ensuring that all BSS/OSS components support embedding a UUID for each transaction which can be used to traceback the full lifecycle of any request which begins in the BSS layer through the OSS layer. We require auditability down to the file level - ie we should be able to trace that User X requested a backup of file /w/x/w/z.ext on 01/01/2011
