Add functionality to Data Protection For Exchange to allow restore of soft deleted mailboxes

System: Data Protection For Exchange

Actor: User needing to recover soft deleted mailboxes.
Data protection is a commonly used product that provides backup/restore for Exchange environments.

Description: We use Data Protection For Exchange to protect and restore Exchange Servers. However, in a recent request, we couldn't restore mailboxes that once were flagged as soft deleted and were kept for a period in the database until a backup would occur. Since the data are not deleted from the source database upon completion of the move, the backup of that database contains the necessary data, but has no function to allow Data Protection to browse soft deleted mailboxes.
