Have Spectrum CDM check UUID of the device before removal, thus avoiding the likelyhood of the wrond device being removed

When CDM creates its cleanup data for removing a copy it records the device name it used when the disks were added, for example, /dev/sdn. These device names are not persistent and as CDM does a "echo 1 > /bin/sys/block/sdn/device/delete" to remove the device it seems extremely likely that the wrong device could be removed. The linux host will allow a device to be removed even if it is busy. Is it possible to put in a formal feature request to have the product check the UUID of the device to remove before cleaning up?
