Support of the Library Set functions required to run TSM server in a cluster environment

The resetdrive parameter in the Define Library command is supported on all platforms, but a drive device which is actually reset is only on AIX and Windows. On Solaris and Linux, the drive reset function does not work.
To run TSM server on the cluster system, it is required to consider the case where failover will occur at backup (when accessing to tape) and to reset the drive device from the change-destination system.
Currently, as mentioned above, drive resetting process is not supported on Solaris and Linux. Therefore, Fujitsu unsupports the cluster supported by TSM server on the Solaris and Linux systems.
