Support-info collection, upload and analytics tool

It is a pain to collect db2diag-logs, dsmffdc-logs, Q SYSTEM output, Q ACT output and so on for every support ticket, then bundle the files, scp to computer with browser and upload to IBM Support.

Why not, instead of sending the commands every time, linking to perl scripts and the like, just include a tool that creates one bundle with all data for the last x days, requests a support ID, and then upload it to IBM Support (or save to file if no internet access is possible).

That way, IBM Support could also have intelligent tools to open and search in the bundle, as the format was always the same.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
