add a NetApp Snapshot based backup and restore functionality to SPP

Addition of a function to secure NetApp file server with SPP on vSnap server. This should be done on the basis of NetApp snapshots. The feature should be able to replace the current Spectrum Protect feature for NetApp data protection at the file level with SnapDiff. The files and folders should be indexable. It should be possible to restore it to any file server or back to the source.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
