Add dsmGroupHandler calls for archive objects, or a way to retrieve the last written ObjID

dsmGroupHandle() API calls are only implemented for backup type of objects.
There is only a comment in the manual saying that this can be done in other ways using archives, but no examples?

The dsmEndTxn() API calls, returns the groupLeaderObjId, which can be used to group objects to the group.

But as this is limited to backup type objects, these fields are of no use for archive type of objects.

A workaround could be to pick up last written ObjID during a dsmEndTxnEx() call, and use that to create similar functions.
But, there is no way to pick up object id nr for newly created objects other than query the backup server again.
