To fix the the Container storagepool mismatch utilization issue

Issue statement:

Backups started failing with 'out of space' issue even-though the Container stgpool utilization was just showing 61%. When checked from 'show sdpool' we could see there was lot of space showing in 'Pool inaccessible' category. It created major impact on production backups as we have script monitoring the stgpool utilization. But it showed 61% utilized but backup started failing.

Impact:

All production backups impacted due to this mismatch happened in the available space.
