Add possibility to change SQL agent communication IPs

The SPP SQL Agent needs to communicate with the ISP GUI to get the credentials for mounting the SMB log volume from the vSnap.
Unfortunately it's not possible to change the IP or network which is used for this communication.

This is a big issue in environments where backup and frontend networks are completely separated.
Usually, this API request should use the backup IP of the GUI, but it will always use frontend network, which requires a firewall request.

This is only valid for log backups, as this is using a SMB disk, which requires this kind of communication.
Full backups are using iSCSI volumes, for which the SQL agent receives(!) the info from the GUI host.

So for iSCSI the info is pushed from the GUI - for SMB the SQL agents pulls the info from the GUI.

This is also a security issue as we need to open port 443 from all servers running mssql so it can retrieve the smb credentials using restapi. However once this port is open any user on any mssql server can open a webbrower and access the gui as it is using port 443 also, in an enterprise environment however we only want dedicated secured jump servers to be able to access the gui.
This is now not possible and reduces security.

This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
