Show catalog restore process

When restoring Spectrum Protect Plus catalog, first it takes us to log-in screen.
But we can't log-in because "server is being brought" screen come out we need to wait until it's completed.
There is no log or information on the screen. We're waiting in a way we don't know the duration.
We should be able to see the process.

When upgrading SPP we can see the process. Catalog restore must be alike.
