AIX update Spectrum protect server instal manual to set maxuproc='4096'

I tried to "su" to tsminst1 userid, and got the following message.
0403-030 the fork function failed. Too many processes allready exist.
ulimit -Hc , Hd, Hf, Hn, and Ht allready set to unlimited.
I ran the following command;
lsattr -E -l sys0 -a maxuproc
the result was 128
I then ran chdev -l sys0 -a maxuproc=200 and then was able to su to tsminst1.
The following is the description of that AIX parameter;
---------------------------------------
The setting of the maxuproc kernel parameter on each parallel engine node controls the maximum number of processes per user for that node.
----------------------------------------
In addition
no -o rfc1323=1 -p
no -o THEWALL=131072
no -o sb_max=1310720
Should not only be in a performance tuning doc, but rather should be in the installation manual for TSM on AIX.

    Please reopen the support case with IBM and drive it that way.
