Allow IBMi to backup to Spectrum Protect (again)

IBMi used to be able to backup using a TSM client to a TSM/Spectrum Protect Server.
With IBM Protectier TS7650 being removed, our IBM i core banking environment no longer has a disk-based BRMS VTL to backup to.
We have IBM Spectrum Protect running across three data centres and require backup and recovery support from IBMi/BRMS to Spectrum Protect Server.

    This is now supported leveraging BRMS, ICC, and the Spectrum Protect "S3" interface.

    IBM i and BRMS never withdrew support of TSM or Spectrum Protect. It was Dpectrum Protect who withdrew support for IBM i in April 2015

    The RFE should be opened to the Spectrum Protect team rather than IBM i/BRMS.
