access to the object is denied backup error does not fail a snapdiff backup.

Snapdiff backup shows completed successfully even when encountering ANS4007E access to the object is denied.

This error should result if a backup failure. If access denied shows up at directory/volume level then no data may be backed up hence defeating the purpose of TSM/Sprecturm Protect.

This needs status need to be update for both event status and manual backups.
