Retrule exclude decommission vm filespaces

We make every first sunday a retset over all vm and keep them for 3 month. Simply define an retrule with an generic filter to catch all vm. All VM are under node SUVA_SWWVC62 and the Filter is SUVA_SWWVC62:*

When we decommission an vm this vm will still processed, because the filter matched this decommission vm as well. In this case the vm filespace can never deleted, because there is always an active retset. It's an easy way with this filter to catch every new vm without changing the filter in the retrule. With this possibility the decommission vm will be deleted after the last retset is deleted.
