Provide support for COS WORM (and other S3 or BLOB equivalent WORM features)

Multiple customers and BPs have requested that Spectrum Protect supports the WORM functionality in S3 offload, be that the COS specific or the general S3 protocol WORM functionality. While not specifically required it also seems prudent to extend this to MS BLOB objects as well. The requirement is to provide assurance that even a compromised server cannot delete its own data for Cyber Resiliency situations.

In addition the s3 server provided by SP for offload from SPP should support the WORM protocol, in order that data offloaded from SPP into SP can be tagged as WORM.

    S3 lock could be implement for an air-gap solution mutch simplier than tape and for simplify Centera migration

    It will be ideal to support file devclass to S3 immutable bucket support (probably using block level incremental backup, like in SP+) . It could be easier to develop .

    I would add that we would like to see this being supported in the Spectrum Protect and not "only" for the Spectrum Protect Archive ... Lots of the workload are backups and not archive in Spectrum Protect.
    I would like to see also the Netapp Snaplock being added to that list of WORM supported device.
