    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time or does not align with the current multi-year strategy. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 18 months from the date of submission.

    You can use AUDIT CONTAINER capabilities to test read from the cloud. There are different levels of audit, one case is that it will validate the etag which is a cursory check. The other is that it will actually read the data in the container and validate the data against what we expect to be there. If you simply want to “test” the cloud credentials and connectivity, use the VALIDATE CLOUD command.
