Move automatic client deployment from DES to AES authentication

Currently automatic client deployment is only possible if the dsmserv option ALLOWDESAUTH is set to YES. Otherwise the client deployment will fail.
Documented here - see Restrictions:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSEQVQ_8.1.9/srv.reference/r_opt_server_disallowdes.html

This is currently the only point why we are not able to switch off the highly insecure DES protocol on all our ISP servers.
Please implement the automatic client deployment in a way it's not requiring DES anymore.

This was changed in Spectrum Protect 7.1.8 and Spectrum Protect 8.1.2. The documentation is not correct. Client deployment will work with ALLOWDESAUTH NO. IBM will get the documentation corrected.
