Proof of Tape encryption

Since IBM made the decision to remove encryption from TSM4VE backups, we were forced to enable physical tape encryption for client data. There is currently no means to verify that a physical volume has been encrypted. The only method within Spectrum Protect we currently have is to perform a "q vol xxx f=d". When encryption is configured, you see the following with the query volume command: Drive Encryption Key Manager: IBM Spectrum Protect. This will not satisfy our auditors as "proof of encryption"

This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

The q volume xxx f=d command does not explicitly say a volume is encrypted. The command only lists the drive key manager.

It would be much better for the command to say the volume is encrypted.
A way to list the encrypted volumes would also be helpful.
