Operation Center Client Deployment - not able to schedule client updates if a single server failed receiving update packages

In the OC in the client deployment section you can schedule the client updates, however this scheduling part is only "unlocked" if the pushing of client packages to all spoke servers has run error free for all servers.
So the command "REFRESH PKG STARTNOW=Yes" must run without any error, only then you can schedule the client updates to any server. As we have a lot of servers chances are high the "REFRESH PKG STARTNOW=Yes" can fail for various reason on any server, then it is impossible to schedule updates to any other server, even to servers that had no errors. Also you can not see in the OC to which server the client pushing has failed.
We would like to be able to schedule updates for alle successfull servers, the failed ones should show up as failed (with reason) in the OC.
