.NVRAM and vTPM restore needed with DP for VE VMware

Restore of a VMware guest does not include .NVRAM and vTPM. VMware points out, that backup software should take care of backup and restore of these two objects.

    Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0

    Services Cloud providers needs to provide additional securities features.
    virtual Trusted Platform Module ( vTPM ) is one of this essential features.
    With vTPM, a Cloud provider customer with BitLocker can prevent theirs servers from an unwanted console access by an Cloud administrator.
