Customize At Risk intervals to reflect real environment

In order to have the Operations Center reflect correctly the risk status of Spectrum Protect nodes we should be able to inform accuratedly when the backups really run. Some clients, for instance, have nodes that run backups only on weekdays, so that every Monday they would be at risk. Others run on the first or last day of the month. We should be able to customize the At Risk properties the same way we customize the enhanced schedules.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    Examples of this client's environment:
    - monthly backups at the first weekend of the month, or on day 1 (if we use 30 days we would get false positive in months with 31 days for instance) - any interval that do not rely on a fixed period of days.
    - database nodes doing many log backups during the day and daily fulls or diffs - if we have logs working but the full did not work, the at risk will always be green. We may need a combination of conditions
