Better performance/parallelism on generate dedupstats

It will be usefull to be able to use "generate dedupstats" to generate daily usage information for nodes/nodegroups on a multitenant setup.
Unfortunately, the performance of the current "generate dedupstats" makes it impossible for us to generate these numbers on a daily basis.

Better performance is desired - as well as better parallelism.
For example - when running "generate dedupstats" on a single node with 100 filespaces, only a single process will run - even though 8 has been specified as maximum. The generate dedupstats should work on a filespace level instead of node-level
